本校秉承嗇色園「有教無類」的辦學宗旨，以「普濟勸善」為校訓，致力樹立淳樸校風，培養學生良好的品格、正確的價值觀與積極的人生態度，使其善於溝通及關心別人，並勇於承擔、貢獻社會。
Our school observes the guiding principle of Sik Sik Yuen – education for all students, and follows closely our School Motto : To act benevolently and to preach benevolence. We aim at inculcating in our students a strong sense of probity and civic duty and the ethos of proper values and positive attitude which create competent and responsible citizens.

學校透過全面而均衡的課程，因材施教，啟導學生樂於學習，使其具備自學能力，為終身學習奠定基礎。此外，本校亦積極推動多元智能文化及資訊科技教育，使學生能充分發展潛能，與時並進，敢於創新，具備應付未來挑戰的能力。
Our teachers develop comprehensive and balanced curriculums to cater for individual needs and capacities to enable students to enjoy their study in a congenial environment. We also aim at developing learner autonomy to pave way for our students’ life-long learning. To cater for students’ diversity, we adopt the learner-centred approach and progressive learning stages to make their learning flexible. Our emphasis on Information Technology education and development of students’ diverse potential and capabilities helps them grow with time and trains them to be eager, innovative, creative and undaunted learners facing up to changes and challenges that come along their way.
