中一自行收生面試取消 | Cancellation of Interviews for S.1 Discretionary Places

因應教育局的停課安排, 本校原定於2020年3月14日(星期六)舉行的中一自行收生面試將會取消,以下為相關的最新安排:

2. 為輔助本校考慮 貴子弟的入學申請,家長可選擇向本校提供文件,包括:小六級成績表(如尚未遞交)、聯課活動/服務/奬項的證書或奬狀、其他有助申請的文件(但不應提交小學推薦信)。以上文件副本須於2020年3月5日至23日期間以下列其中一個方式遞交:

  1. 親臨本校中學校務處
  2. 郵寄到本校中學校務處,信封面註明「中一自行收生文件」

3. 本校將於2020年4月7日以郵寄及電話方式通知正取錄學生家長,有關通知安排不包括備取生及落選學生。

Cancellation of Interviews for S .1 Discretionary Places

Due to class suspension, the interviews for Secondary One Discretionary Places (2018/2020) scheduled on 14 March, 2020 (Saturday) will be cancelled. The latest arrangements are as follows:

1. Amendments to Admission Criteria and Weightings:

2. For assessment purposes, parents may choose to submit additional documents such as photocopies of P.6 (First Term) school report cards, certificates or records for co-curricular activities and community service or any other relevant supporting documents.  However, there is no need to provide recommendation letters of the primary schools.

Parents can submit these documents from 5 March to 23 March using one of the following methods:

  1. In person, by visiting our General Office in the Secondary School;
  2. by mail to: The Secondary School General Office,

    Ho Yu College and Primary School,

    4-6 Kin Tung Road,

    Tung Chung

    (Remarks: Please specify ‘Documents for Application for S.1 Discretionary Places’ on the envelope.)

3. Parents will be notified of the successful applicants of their children’s inclusion in the Successful Lists for Discretionary Places on 7th April, 2020 by mail and by phone. These notification arrangements are not applicable to reserve and unsuccessful applicants.
